The oceans offer a virtually unlimited supply of energy, often within a short distance of millions of end users. So far, hundreds of types of Marine Power Generators have been patented and developed to harness this energy. However, very few have undergone the needed full scale field testing to prove their long term performance, due to the difficulties and costs associated with this standalone field testing. Initial cost estimates, based on already proven and tested marine generators, indicate that marine power (under the right circumstances) can be made available more cost effectively than most other forms of alternative energy.

plans on installing one or more test facilities for the simultaneously testing of numerous types, models and sizes of Marine Power Generators under real field conditions. The test facilities will be professionally operated to international standards, and participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable information from their participation.
Governments, power companies, corporations, private institutions, generator suppliers, etc. will provide most of the capital for this project, since this project will provide major benefits to their countries, to their economies and to their companies.

This project will help lower our global carbon emissions and secure our independent energy supplies for centuries to come. Generator developers will be able to field test their generators for a small fraction of standalone testing costs. The test facilities will almost eliminate the time consuming and costly permit approval process. The facility will allow fast year-round deployment, retrieval and support for the generators, thus eliminating the major costs of full scale field testing. Safe and low cost field repairs and upgrades will also be possible.
